My filet was so over seasoned, it was inedible. The person who handled the situation, I assume was a manager, was completely unconcerned and mildly suggested that it was just my personal tastes.
When the party of about 7 or so seated next to us, sent their steaks back for the same reason, she actually told them to order light seasoning next time. Unreal.
I have been to several Longhorns, never experienced anything like it. The steaks are usually very good as is the service.
So... $75 for dinner? Ridiculously poor manager lacking any customer service skills?
No thanks.
